Questions before you choose
Do I need a card for the free plan?
No. You can create an account and test the core flow without entering payment details.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Self-service subscriptions can be cancelled before the next renewal, with no long-term commitment.
Are the allowances monthly?
Free and Starter allowances are currently expressed as total quotas. Business is designed for recurring use without those limits.
What does “per organisation” mean?
The price covers the organisation and is not automatically multiplied by every internal user unless an Enterprise offer states a different unit.
Is the API included?
The REST API and webhooks are included in Business and can be contracted under specific Enterprise terms.
Do prices include tax?
No. Displayed amounts exclude VAT, implementation and custom services. Checkout shows the applicable total.
